In front of a wall of giant doughnuts

I’m Alan Dipert, a programmer and builder. I'm interested in programming language design and implementation, visible computation, and tools that help people write and understand software more productively.

This is where I keep current projects, technical history, and writing. There's also a fair amount about my Christian faith, family, books, and the wide variety of things I've been curious about over the years.
